Fond du Lac Youth Basketball is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a positive, competitive basketball experience for boys and girls in grades 3–8. We serve students enrolled in Fond du Lac public schools and homeschooled students who live within the Fond du Lac School District boundaries.
Our mission is to help young athletes grow on and off the court by focusing on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and community involvement.

Show Respect – Treat teammates, opponents, coaches, referees, and spectators with respect.
Display Sportsmanship – Win with humility and lose with grace.
Listen to My Coach – Follow team rules and instructions.
Be Committed – Attend practices and games, be on time, and notify my coach if I cannot attend.
Use Positive Language – No foul language, threats, or bullying in person or online.
Support Others – Encourage teammates, coaches, and officials.
Put the Team First – Value sportsmanship over personal statistics or desire to win.
Represent My Community Well – Maintain good behavior at school and in public.
Support Positively – Cheer for all players, respect coaches, and display good sportsmanship at every game and practice.
Respect Officials – Accept referee decisions; only the head coach may address officials.
Encourage, Don’t Coach from the Stands – Let the coaches lead without conflicting instructions.
Follow the 24-Hour Rule – Wait at least 24 hours before discussing concerns with a coach; keep conversations respectful and constructive.
Model Respect – Treat all players, coaches, officials, and spectators with courtesy.
Teach Grace in Victory & Defeat – Encourage humility in winning and perseverance in loss.
